How are our bags made?

Each bag is handcrafted by a skilled artisan using traditional macrame techniques. This meticulous process involves knotting cords to create intricate patterns, resulting in unique pieces that reflect exceptional craftsmanship.

How should I care for my bag?

To ensure the longevity of your handcrafted macrame bag, please follow these care instructions:

Gentle Hand Wash:

  • Use lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
  • Gently hand wash your bag, avoiding harsh scrubbing.
  • Do not wring or twist the bag.

Air Dry:

  • Lay your bag flat to air dry, away from direct sunlight.
  • Reshape the bag as needed while it dries.

Avoid Excessive Moisture:

  • While macrame is durable, prolonged exposure to water can weaken the cords.
  • Avoid using your bag in heavy rain or submerging it in water.

Storage:

  • Store your bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • To maintain its shape, you may want to stuff it with tissue paper or a soft cloth.

Can I customize my bag?

While we don’t currently offer a wide range of customization options, we’re open to discussing your unique ideas. Feel free to contact us on loops@loopsdubai.com with your custom order requests, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to create and ship your order.

What are the shipping costs within the UAE?

A flat rate of AED 30 will be charged for shipping within the UAE.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UAE. We may consider international shipping in the future.

Returns

Can I return/exchange an order?

Please note that due to the nature of our handcrafted items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the bag is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the defect. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any issue.
